Arcenciel Co., Ltd., through the ASTERIS Development Team, operates this official website. This notice covers website use and inquiries sent to the team. This website does not offer game account registration or checkout. Steam services and in-game data processing are covered by their respective notices.

Information and purposes
- We use the email address, inquiry category, subject, message and materials you choose to submit to review your inquiry, reply and resolve the issue.
- An email includes its sender address and information in the message. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, payment details or another person's personal information.
- The website does not create visitor accounts, payment records or advertising profiles.
When information is submitted
“Compose email” opens a draft in your email application. The website server does not receive the form contents at that step. The team receives your information when you actually send the email.
Direct web submission is offered only when outbound sending is enabled. To limit excessive sending, hashed email-address counters are processed in server memory for up to ten minutes. In that mode, the server and delivery service process your email address and message. A sending error does not confirm receipt. BugReport uses the same contact address. The email includes the bug category, reproduction steps, game version and screenshot or video URL you enter. In email-app mode you must send it yourself; when web sending is enabled, the server validates and forwards the report.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry information while it is needed to respond and resolve the issue, and delete it without unnecessary delay once that purpose is complete. Where ongoing support or a dispute requires further retention, we explain the reason and period. Records subject to a legal retention obligation are kept separately, only as required by that obligation.
Electronic records are deleted in a way intended to prevent recovery. Unneeded attachments and duplicate copies are also removed. The website does not store inquiry messages in its own submission database.
Email handling and service providers
Our public contact address is [email protected]. Incoming email passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's Naver mailbox. These services participate in email delivery and storage.
Contact and BugReport web submissions are validated by the website server and sent directly by a Cloudflare Worker to the operator's verified Naver mailbox. Your email is included as the reply address. Neither the website nor the Worker stores inquiry contents in a separate database. Cloudflare processes delivery and Naver receives and stores the email. We do not sell inquiry information or supply it for advertising. Any legally required disclosure is assessed for its lawful basis and necessary scope.
Cookies and browser preferences
The asteris-language cookie remembers your selected language. It is set when you manually choose a language and lasts for one year. You can delete or block it through your browser; you may then need to select your language again.
Advertising trackers and visitor analytics are not currently connected. If introduced, we will first explain the information collected, its purposes and any required choices.
To avoid replaying the logo intro, browser session storage records only whether it has played in asteris-logo-seen. This value is not sent to the server and is cleared when the tab session ends.
Video and external links
Using a YouTube player may transmit connection information to YouTube. Our embeds use its privacy-enhanced domain, which does not eliminate the external communications needed for playback. When you visit Steam, Discord, YouTube or another external service, that service's notice applies.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity or an authorized representative's authority to the extent necessary to protect other people's information.
If a legal exception limits a request, we explain the reason. You may decline to provide information, but we may be unable to help without the information necessary to respond.
Children's information
The website does not specifically request children's information. Where processing a child under 14's information requires a legal guardian's consent, we will not process it without the required verification. Please contact us if such information was submitted by mistake or needs deletion.
Safeguards and contact
We limit access to inquiry materials to staff who need them for their work and keep server sending credentials separate from public code. Inquiry content containing personal information should not be exposed in public posts or public logs.
Information about privacy rights in Korea is also available through the Privacy Portal. Requests about the team's handling of information should be sent to [email protected].
Changes to this notice
When services or processing change, we publish the revised notice and its effective date here. Where additional consent or separate notification is required, we follow that process. The date above identifies this website notice's latest update.
