These terms cover the official ASTERIS website operated by Arcenciel Co., Ltd. and the ASTERIS Development Team. The website provides game information, characters, world content, media, news and contact channels.
Game purchases, refunds and Steam account use are governed by the relevant Steam agreements and policies. These website terms do not replace separate game or platform agreements.
Information and development previews
ASTERIS is in development. Images and videos may show development previews and may differ from release graphics, content or features. Published information is updated as development progresses.
Check official announcements for release dates, prices, supported systems and conditions. Unconfirmed information or a preview alone does not promise availability for purchase or delivery of a particular feature.
Content rights
Rights in the ASTERIS logo, game artwork, videos, text and website design belong to the company or their legitimate rights holders. Uses permitted by law, including lawful quotation, remain subject to those requirements.
Please discuss commercial use, modification or separate redistribution of official materials with us first. Press, creator and business inquiries can be sent to [email protected]. Materials with specific license terms are governed by those terms.
Responsible use
- Do not disrupt the service or exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Do not send malicious files, spam, impersonations or unlawful content through contact channels.
- Do not submit another person's personal information or infringing materials without authority.
- Do not imply that an unauthorized affiliation or sales channel is officially endorsed.
Abusive requests may be restricted where necessary to protect the service. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue and its impact.
Inquiries and submitted materials
Rights in submitted materials remain with their existing rights holders. The team may review and process them only as needed to understand, answer and resolve the inquiry. Make sure you are authorized to submit them.
“Compose email” opens a draft; you must complete sending in your email application. When direct web sending is enabled, the website displays its sending result, but does not guarantee final inbox delivery or a response time. BugReport uses the same email process; validation alone does not mean that a report has been received.
External services and purchases
Links to Steam, Discord, Reddit, YouTube and X lead to services operated by other providers. Their account, payment, refund, restriction and privacy conditions apply to those services.
Operation and accessibility
The team makes reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access and accurate information. Maintenance, updates, network problems or security responses may temporarily interrupt or change features.
Contact us if you encounter accessibility problems or inaccurate information. Significant website notices are published through official channels.
Responsibility and user protections
The responsibilities of the company and users are determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Internet and external-service issues are handled according to their circumstances and the responsible parties. Never enter your account password or security credentials into an inquiry form.
